UK Group CEO
Tim joined G2 UK in March 2010 with a remit to drive forward the agency's expertise in a fast changing data-driven and technological world. Tim has a deep understanding of how digital integration shapes customer experience.
With over 20 years of marketing agency leadership experience, Tim was most previously instrumental in turning around RMG Connect, successfully building its proposition and strengths in strategic planning, data and analytics, and digital technology platforms. He is a former global director of digital relationship marketing at FCBi, and was CEO and managing director of MRM London, part of The McCann-Erickson WorldGroup of companies.
Tim has devised and implemented strategies for clients including General Motors, Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, L'Oreal, Marriott Hotels, Barclays Capital and Nestle.
Tim is a member of the IPA Digital Creative Council and the IPA Direct Marketing Futures Group. He has been a key player on the WPP Digital Council.
Executive Creative Director
After twenty years in the business I've finally realised and accepted that I'm part art director, part wannabe writer; part businessman, part naive child, part strategist, part simpleton, full time cat herder, creative, husband and father of two.
Planning Director
G2 hired Verra Budimlija as its first cross agency Head of Planning in 2007.
Verra's remit is to build a focused strategic planning function across the agency and to help it better exploit its 360 communications capabilities.
She was Head of Planning at Nitro London. Before that she spent several years at M&C Saatchi, most recently developing the strategy for the award winning Transport for London campaigns.
Head of Digital
Gemma joined G2 in October 2009, to head up the digital department.
Previously, Gemma was a Planning Director at Agency.com, where she was responsible for overseeing some of the agency's key accounts including Procter and Gamble, Five, BT and Dulux.
She has an extensive portfolio in the digital space and has delivered award-winning work for many of her clients. Her experience includes digital communications, social media, web development, integrated advertising and brand communications.
She is passionate about the digital space and is always keen to seek new ways for clients to push digital boundaries and deliver results.
Managing Director, Data Dynamics
Kevin joined G2dd eight years ago. With his emphasis on a strong consultative approach to all aspects of data, from collection to insights, Kevin has been instrumental in creating and building G2dd's data management capability and data strategy
He has more than 25 years' experience in data and direct marketing, including developing and running account management, data and customer analysis facilities within companies including G2, Dunnhumby and Identex. This has given him in-depth knowledge of data, analysis, marketing and IT, and the ability to bring about 'the big solution' through a consultative and collaborative approach.
Kevin is also a key player in creating solutions with G2's industry partner network to provide added value to G2dd services.
Key client involvement includes: Adobe systems (Global relationship), Reed, BAT, Amway, P&O, Euromoney and EuroTunnel.
Client Director
Marc started his career in Marketing Communications at Davidson Pearce working with blue chip clients such as Marks & Spencer, Watney Mann Brewers and Warner Lambert.
He then worked at Young and Rubicam for eight years, working across a variety of sectors including Financial (Legal & General), FMCG (Cadbury, Kraft Jacob Suchard, Reckitt & Coleman), Retail (British Shoe Corporation) and for the Government (COI - Royal Navy),
Marc has been with Grey Group for ten years, and is now a board director working with Bacardi Global Brands, Masterfoods, BAT, Nokia, P&G, GSK, and Wyeth.
Client Director
Davide joined G2 in 2008 as Business Director bringing 15 years experience in brand building, innovation and integrated communication. He believes in single minded strong brand ideas that can be delivered effectively and tailored across a variety of channels and mediums.
Davide brings to the G2 team strong client leadership across a wide spectrum of sectors and market experience in FMCG, aviation, retail, leisure, automotive, petroleum and finance brand communication.
Prior to G2 Davide led the Unilever Business at Nitro. Key programmes consisted of communication strategy, core creative idea and its development through ATL, BTL, PR, Digital and Brand Innovation.
Davide's background is in branding and innovation having worked at Landor and Futurebrand. Some key clients he worked with in the last 15 years include: Unilever, FootLocker, Bacardi, Gulf Air, Sainsbury's, Scholl, Citic Ka Wah Bank, BP, Shell, Dubai Bank, Ford, Kraft Jacobs Suchard, Le Meridien Hotel Group, Panasonic and LG Electronics.
Davide has worked and lived extensively in Europe, US and Middle East.
Head of Activation
Clare has been activating brands in the retail environment for over 15 years. Working with brands such as Magnum Ice Cream, Cornetto, Flora, PG tips, Coca Cola. Her work produced 10 industry awards in 2009 alone.
Clare led a major retail partnership with Tesco for Flora using their sponsorship of the Flora London Marathon as an equity to build a sales driving campaign and culminating in a massive campaign across the Tesco estate.
Partnered with Nestle Purina to create the shopper solutions to unlock the value of the drivers of category growth. Currently working with Cadbury, P&G and GSK on Shopper programmes
Client Director
Harriet joined the G2 straight from university in 1995. Although she left to travel and work within the Grey network around the world, Harriet returned to the fold in 2003 and has since become a client director.
In her extensive travels abroad Harriet has covered a variety of brand categories, including coffee, telecommunications, financial services and travel. Harriet's particular expertise is in loyalty schemes, having most recently worked on Nescafe's pick-me-ups, Pedigree's Puppy and Whiskas' Kitten loyalty schemes.
Regional Director, EMEA
Michael has over twenty years of experience in the retail sector working on numerous top brands including P&G, Sara Lee, Diageo, SAB Miller, GSK and Coca Cola. He also spent seven years running the Post Office retail network business creating successful sales activation programmes in one of the toughest retail environments proudly taking the network to being the UK's number one for travel services.
He plays a key role within the G2 European network driving best practice and shared learning in Retail and Shopper Marketing.
He is known for his collaborative style and passionate team leadership.

Creative Director, Branding & Design
David graduated from Trent Polytechnic in 1986 with a 1st in 3 Dimensional Design.
He joined Fitch Design Consultancy in 1986. During his 15 years at Fitch he was responsible for a wide variety of projects, working across disciplines and for a wide range of clients. In addition to his client orientation role he was also responsible for the overall direction of the studio reporting to the European management team.
In 2001, David joined Grey Group as Founder and Creative Director of its new branding and design agency- Geometry Brand Design. Geometry was itself rebranded as G2 Branding & Design following the acquisition of Grey Group by WPP in 2006.
At G2 B&D, David has responsibility for managing all creative output across a wide range of global blue chip FMCG clients- in a diverse design disciplines including identity, packaging, merchandise and environments.
Clients include BAT, Bacardi Global Group, GSK, P&G, Sara Lee and SAB Miller.
David thinks he lives in France in the 1950's and spends his free time trying to find a parking space large enough to accommodate his Citroen DS.
Creative Director for Shopper Marketing and Retail
Simon joined G2 in 2009 with over 15 years experience in prolific agencies such as Triangle Communications, Euro RSCG KLP and Woo Communications, he's won over 45 industry awards across high profile accounts including (pause for breath) Guinness, Gordon's, Bells, Smirnoff, Baileys, Tango, Cadbury, Pot Noodle, Robinson's, Abbey, The Famous Grouse, Lever Faberge, Beck's and Pringles
He is still awaiting recognition for writing the 'longest sentence ever'.
In his spare time he likes nothing more than playing the guitar, but rarely gets past two chords thanks to his two biggest critics Matilda and Oscar aged 5 and 2 respectively.
Head of Creative Services
Caroline spent 5 years in the Royal Navy as a communications officer, working both at Whitehall and NATO Headquaters. Taking her logistics and organisational skills into the commercial world she joined a branding and design agency as a project manager, specialising in hospitality and leisure.
She joined G2 in 2007 as project manager working across various integrated accounts including Macmillan, Cobra, Swatch Global, Nescafe and new business. She now looks after the creative department ensuring everyone knows what they're supposed to be doing, and on Saturday mornings she can be found on netball courts across the South East getting rid of her pent up aggression.
Business Development Director
After a spell at McCanns, he started his own ad agency - Legon Bloomfield and then Brooks Legon Bloomfield - where he obtained a degree of notoriety as one of Campaign's Account Barons (hanging on to the Hotpoint account for 20 years)
He merged his agency into FCA! Taking it into the Publicis network, relaunching it as one of the first integrated agencies, culminating in its recognition as Campaign's Direct Agency of the Year in 1999.
Following a period as a consultant at COI Communications, where he helped establish the then new Strategic Consultancy unit, he joined G2 in 2002.
A marathon runner, he equates the stubborn bloody-mindedness, patience and ability to take pain with that of his role as a new business getter!!
Chief Financial Officer
Vanessa started her career in corporate tax at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu in New Zealand. During this time she qualified as a Chartered Accountant and also enjoyed stints in International tax, Business Consultancy and Audit.
Vanessa joined G2 Auckland in 2004 as Finance Director. In 2008 she relocated to G2 New York, working briefly in the G2 Global Headquarters before moving into an FD role across five of the G2 offices in the United States.
In early 2009 she moved to G2 in London. Vanessa has experience working with a variety of clients across markets. Vanessa loves to bake and is regularly on the hunt for another vintage dress to add to her collection.
